What area of production does Class Act RV work with?

Class Act RV defines production as the following: commercial production, film production, tv production, media production, concert production, sporting event production, production needs at fairs, festivals and events – we work with it all!

Class Act RV’s coaches have been onsite with Dick’s Sporting Goods, Jersey Mikes, Sprite, Hefty Bags, Spectrum Cable, MLB and the NFL just to name a few.

What is the process of renting a Production Coach with Class Act RV?

What is the process of renting a Luxury Client Coach with Class Act RV?

Is there a minimum rental period requirement?

No. Class Act RV is here to accommodate your specific production needs with both our production and luxury client coaches.

How far in advance do I need to book?

We realize that (sometimes) production jobs are last minute, and Class Act RV is here to help. Of course we prefer to book production jobs well in advance, but when last minute production jobs arise, Class Act RV will do its best to accommodate the quick scheduling of both our production coaches and luxury client coaches.

What additional fees are there for when renting through Class Act RV?

Class Act RV is simple… we have one price. We want to make renting our production coaches and luxury client coaches stress-free.

Does Class Act RV require a security deposit?

Most of the time our answer is no, but occasionally, depending on the scope of the job, we will ask for a deposit.

What is the policy for canceling or modifying reservations?

Class Act RV understands the [sometimes] ever changing landscape of production. We can be flexible with our client’s timeline changes, although we would request as much advance notice as possible to make sure we can accommodate your date/time/schedule change. We request that you make a phone call at the earliest convenience letting us know of the modification so we can confirm the change(s) still works within our bookings. Then, we will ask that you follow up with an email of the discussed change(s). Class Act RV is not responsible for non-confirmed changes.

What is your overtime policy?

Class Act RV works on a 12-hour day. We can tackle any overtime questions specifically when we speak with you directly over the phone.

Any restrictions or requirements for the parking and setup of the production coach?

Our production coaches are 32-feet and our Luxury Client Coaches are maximum 41-feet. As long as they are able to drive into the designated location, there are no other restrictions or requirements from Class Act RV during your booking.

What is the size and specs of the production coach?

Our production coaches are 36-foot custom air conditioned coaches including workstations, hair and makeup stations, wardrobe area and a bathroom. A full scope of what our productions coaches offer, including pictures, click here.

What are the size and specs of the Luxury Client Coach?

Most of our luxury coaches are 41-foot Class A Motorhomes and offer a plethora of amenities. For a full scope of these amenities, including pictures, click here.

How many people can comfortably fit in the production coaches?

Class Act RV’s production coaches have different stations, work, hair and make-up and wardrobe. There are 3 workstations, 3 hair and makeup chairs, and a large room in the very back for wardrobe needs. Please refer to our Production Coach page for pictures and complete details.

How many people can comfortably fit in a Luxury Client Coach?

Our Luxury Client Coaches are primarily used for green rooms for single celebrities, but there is plenty of space for more people to lounge. For complete details of interior space, please refer to our Luxury Coach page.

What is the main use of a Production Coach?

Production Coaches are one of the most common and popular rental elements in any media production. They ensure that the cast and crew have the necessary space available to do their job regardless of the location of a shoot. Class Act RV’s Production Coaches are used as a temporary mobile space for hair and makeup, dressing room and office space.

What is the difference between a production coach, a production vehicle and a Moho?

First, the term Moho is a media / film industry term for Motorhome. Production Coach, Production Vehicle, and Moho all mean the same thing in the world of media / film production.

I see Class Act RV is located in Florida – what areas in Florida do you serve?

Class Act RV is happy to serve any and all clients throughout the state.

Class Act RV is located in Tampa, FL and although much of Class Act RV’s business occurs in the greater Tampa, FL area (Clearwater, St. Petersburg, Sarasota, Lakeland, St. Pete) we do a lot of business in Orlando, FL as well.
